We are still using lib from 2018, maybe it is time to move.

Definition of Done

• OTB compiling with new lib shark
• Unit tests are still working, especially those of Learning
• Patches are removed or adapted. If it patch a bug, a feature request is done on https://github.com/Shark-ML/Shark/
