Installation documentation is outdated

Need to update installation documentation after release 3.16.
ubuntu version supported, remove ancillary package otbapp, check command lines...
The software guide (pdf/html) will need to be updated after this

On OSGeo4W, it's equivalent is named otb-python (so that all otb related packages are close to each other). Is this the source of confusion ?

And I think we simplified the ubuntu section, by removing the enumeration of ubuntu release to lower down the burden at release time (does not really makes sense anyway to put this in the SG, as new releases can be supported after the SG is released).
1361789459 - grizonnetmok for the python-otb package. There is no confusion, just that the package name is wrong in the SG.
Concerning ubuntu section, the SG indicates for now "Ubuntu 10.04 and higher"
