Confusion matrix report unclear
Mantis Issue 670, reported by sdinot, assigned to jmalik, created: 2013-03-08
When using otbcli_TrainSVMImagesClassifier, the Confusion Matrix and resulting class accuracy statistics are reported based on hard coded values (i.e., [0]-[n]) instead of the values specified under the "Class" field of a supplied SHP file (e.g., 120, 122, 133, etc.).
This makes it difficult/impossible to understand which of the classes are represented by the hard-coded values in the accuracy report, and therefore SEVERELY limits the usefulness of this feature.
If this feature could output the Class labels specified in the SHP file used to provide sample sites for training/validation, it would be much more useful. In other words, the confusion matrix shows which classes are being misclassified.
