Remove Mosaic from the list of remote modules

Rémi Cresson requested to merge remote_mosaic_remote_module_cookbook into develop

Mosaic is part of the OTB since a few years. I propose to remove the part that enumerates it in the cookbook as a remote module, to avoid any confusion. (Moreover the original Mosaic github repository is archived).
