Contrast enhancement corrections

Yannick TANGUY requested to merge contrast_enhancement_corrections into develop

Some corrections have been made in OTB Contrast Enhancement application :

  • typo (greenen, etc.)
  • more explanation about luminance mode, and where the different coefficients (0.21, 0.71, 0.08) come from.

Some code was commented and has been deleted too.
