Remove LARGEINPUT dependency of SoftwareGuide build

Summary

Building the SoftwareGuide depends on LARGEINPUT only for one file: AVIRIS/Indian_pines_corrected.tif. Add this file to otb-data and remove the dependency.

There is a corresponding branch in otb-data for this MR.

Rationale

Simpler SoftwareGuide build. First step towards making it a proper cmake target (as done in !235 (merged) for the CookBook).
