FFTW upgrade

Guillaume Pasero requested to merge fftw-upgrade into develop

This is a SuperBuild upgrade : FFTW 3.3.4 -> 3.3.8

Goodies:

  • sources come with a CMakeLists.txt
  • building on windows is now supported
  • ITK is now built with FFTW on all platforms
