PKG: enable diapotb in SuperBuild with RemoteModules

Simply enable diapotb in SuperBuild when WITH_REMOTE_MODULES=ON.

I will prepare a better fix later: similar to what is done in dashboard script, the list of remote modules is extracted by a CMake macro, no need to add each new remote module manually.
