This MR is related to issue #1778 about reducing testing time of hyTvMDMDNMFImageFilterTest2.

Rationale

Reducing size of input-data to reduce processing time.

Implementation Details

Added 32x32 ROI of input-data in OTB-Data.

This test has no baseline comparison. Result should be cross-checked.
