Update mosaic git tag to include the functorImageFilter fix

Summary

UnaryFunctorImageFilter has been replaced by the more generic FunctorImageFilter in !427 (merged).

This filter was used in the Mosaic Remote Module, and it has been replaced by FunctorImageFilter.

We now need to update the git tag of this module in OTB to include these changes

Tests

I think this should be merged as a patch, as remote module are not tested in feature branches.

Check before merging:

  • All discussions are resolved
  • At least 2 👍 votes from core developers, no 👎 vote.
  • The feature branch is (reasonably) up-to-date with the base branch

  • Copyright owner has signed the ORFEO ToolBox Contributor License Agreement
