Update Remote Module tags for Mosaic and SertitObject

Summary

Update tags used by git clone for Mosaic and SertitObject modules

Rationale

The SetDocName() method has been removed from Mosaic and SertitObject (fork) applications. We need to update the git tags to the latest commits of the modules in order to include the changes.
