Metadata refactoring

The goal of this MR is to implement the new metadata framework (see #2024 (closed)).

In order to remove OSSIM step-by-step, the current ImageKeywordlist will still be used for sensor transformations (at least until the geometric classes using the new metadata framework are ready). All the other metadata should be handled with the new class ImageMetadata.
