Error in the documenation of the QGIS plugin

Summary

The documentation stated that OTB 7.0 is not compatible with QGIS 3.12 and below, this is not true: it is OTB 7.1 that has compatibility issues.

The problem comes from the fact that GDAL 3.0 is used, and thus the PROJ_LIB environment variable should be set. This should be done by the plugin and will be fixed in QGIS 3.14.
