Deploy Doxygen, take 2

Cédric Traizet requested to merge deploy_doxygen into develop

Summary

!721 (merged) added deployment of the Doxygen documentation from the develop branch.

However the last step of the deployment (moving the un-tarred Doxygen from test/latest to test/Doxygen) because the number of files is too large. It returns the error :

/home/otbpush/bin/filter-commands.sh: line 8: /bin/mv: Argument list too long
