Summary
OTB 8.0.0 alpha 1 is ready to be released. The CookBook v8.0.0 is already available. This merge request add this CookBook version to the static list of version, adding it to the list of CookBooks available in the "other versions" window at the bottom left corner of the CookBook.
Additional notes
This can be merged as a patch. CI will not test anything useful here.
