PKG: small exception for check on /usr path with libdrm

Guillaume Pasero requested to merge libdrm_selftester into release-6.6

Small patch to add an exception when checking the presence of /usr. The paths to /usr/include/libdrm appear in Qt5 cmake macros but they are not dangerous here.
