Fix segfault in Ice and Monteverdi

Summary

Add a default ImageMetadata in the ViewSettings so it doesn't generate a SegFault in case the ImageMetadata is not set.

Rationale

Monteverdi crashs when trying to load a product containing a Sensor Model. This MR fixes this issue

Add a private ImageMetadata in ViewSettings used for initialization.
