Add a ClearElevationParameters method to the DEMHandler

Implements a ClearElevationParameters method in otb::DEMHandler that replaces the ClearDEMs method. Instead of clearing only the DEMs, ClearElevationParameters also cleans the geoid and the default height above ellipsoid. The documentation has been updated.

Also adds warning messages when the geoid cannot be opened or when no DEM is found in the input DEM directory when setting up the DEM handler.
