Fix #2275 (closed)

Rationale

OTB doesn't read the RPC model from image written with OTB. The code exists, but it doesn't read the correct metadata domain.

Implementation Details

Classes and files
  • GDALImageIO : Add function GDALMetadataReadRPC and use it to decode the RPC model.
Tests
  • validated through the new unitary test apTvPrOrthorectification_OTB_Metadata
