BUG: change ParameterFile ext to None
ParameterFile extension if set to txt will only show and 'accept' .txt files. This break application such as trainimagesclassifer which takes an input xml file.
A clean fix requires issue #1559 (closed) to be fixed. I don't have resources to go after that. So this will fix current issue and let annoy all users.
