Fix band metadata drop in ManageNoData application

Thibaut ROMAIN requested to merge fix-managenodata-mtd-drop into develop

Fixes #2313 (closed) the band metadata was dropped after calling ManageNodata, which prevents other applications called after ManageNoData to correctly detect the product
