Problem of Memory into SARCorrelationRough Application

A Bus error (core dumped) has occurred for SARFineDeformationGrid. This bus error is from global shift estimation (SARCorrelationRough application) and for S1 SM image with ml 11. The amount of memory used for the global shift estimation is pretty large especially for S1 SM case and little ml factors.

The amount of memory has to be dropped down to avoid this kind of error. To do so, a streaming with a new Persistent filter will be implemented inside SARCorrelationRough to replace the MinimumMaximumCalculator from itk
