Init Tests for python_src

python_test into python_TSX

Create first tests in python_src:

  • Mock OTB applications (ExecuteAndWriteOutput)
  • Run two little tests S1Reunion and CSKReunion
  • Check Preprocessing, Ground and DINSAR chain for Others and S1IW modes
