fsc code is verbose

As we did for synthesis code (#129 (closed)), it would be better to set the OTB log level to the log level requested in the config file for FSC computation. In particular when "WARNING" log level is defined.

Also, if "DEBUG" log level is requested, do we really want debug logs from OTB as well? It's rather verbose and drowns out LIS logs.
