S1Tiling stops when a GRD product cannot be downloaded

When a GRD product in OFFLINE, EODAG tries every 2 minutes with de timeout of 20 minutes (=> 10 tries). After a timeout, S1tiling continues the downloading process for the next product.

But, by the end of the download process (before the starting of the pipelines), S1Tiling gives an ERROR and stop.

I propose to pass to the next tile, rather stopping the code.
