Allow to choose the folder name for filtered products

In the config file, we can choose the filename for filtered products with the key fname_fmt.filtered

However, the folder is still static, {dataout}/filtered/{tilename} and the user cannot change it through the configuration file.

This issue propose to improve the key fname_fmt.filtered to take into account the folder description.
