Integrate computation of Local Incidence Angle

Add two new options to

• Compute LIA and orthoproject it unto S2 tile
• Compute sin(LIA) and apply it on S1 calibrated images

Common work

• Generate the LIA & sin(LIA) map for each required orbit.
  • generate XYZ map
  • generate normals
  • generate LIA & sin LIA
