Timeout in product downloading

When GRD products are not available online (for example old products), it could take time to provider to transfer from tape to disk (PEPS mechanism) after the first request.

In EODAG, there is a timeout for downloading (default value is 20 minutes). If timeout occurs, S1Tiling skip the download, and continue the processing. The problem is that no information is given to the user.

We need to find a way to inform user of the status of downloading (completed or not).
