Select the polarization to process

For some applications, users need only one polarization from the two available in GRD products.

Many GRD products contain 2 polarizations (HH-HV or VV-VH).

The idea is to add a entry key in the cfg file to select only polarization for the processing. It could reduce by 2 the computation time and data storage for several applications.
