ENH: * Compute the best level of resolution when loading the image

      - widget size are passed as parameter of LoadFile to do this
     * Add a GetImageLargestPossileRegion that compute the largest region
       of the resolution 0
     * Add helper method that compute the best resolution following a zoom
       factor and add the &res paramater to the filename
