COMP: Add #pragma (disable : 4996) to disable itk deprecated ComputeG functions ; into 3 .cxx testing files

BUG: To solve gcc erro compilation. Improve libsiftfast CMakeList: try compile libsiftfast source file. If the file dont' compile, diable fast function and try again to compile.
