ENH: Added signal in QtWidgetInputImageListParameter and QtWidgetInputFilenameListParameter when adding filename entry in list.

otbAtmosphericCorrectionParameters can read aeronet files now. otbImageMetadataCorrectionParameters can read spectral sensitivity from ascii files now. Reflected these changes to otbReflectanceToSurfaceReflectanceImageFilter.

Renamed sources <classname>2.h to <classname>.h and so on. Suppressed otbAtmosphericCorrectionParametersTo6SAtmosphericRadiativeTerms class. Added otbRadiometryCorrectionParametersToAtmosphericRadiativeTerms class instead. Tried to make those classes more reliable and more similar : otbReflectanceToSurfaceReflectanceImageFilter otbSurfaceAdjacencyEffectCorrectionSchemeFilter otbSurfaceReflectanceToReflectanceFilter. Warning : Task on otbAtmosphericEffects class not finished. Test about this class is still deactivated.

Reflected previous changes to otbReflectanceToSurfaceReflectanceImageFilter2. Made related validation tests. Need to clean sources (<classname>2.h to <classname>.h)

Splitted otbAtmosphericCorrectionParameters into otbImageMetadataCorrectionParameters (acquisition-related parameters) and otbAtmosphericCorrectionParameters2 (purely atmosphere-related parameters). Modified AtmosphericCorrectionParametersToAtmosphericRadiativeTerms (among other things) accordingly
