Summary
In order to prepare migration of Software Guide in Cookbook, a huge cleanup was necessary. This MR removes a lot of the following:
- Latex code
- Examples code (105 files)
- Tests
- Baselines in otb-data (108 files)
Related to #1679 .
Rationale
The rationale for removing is as follows:
- Remove out-dated latex sections
- Remove latex sections that were introducing remote sensing concepts and not the software itself
- Remove examples that were cut and pasted from ITK,
- Remove a few examples that refer to unused / unusable code
- Remove commented latex code and examples
Additional notes
This is only the first part of software guide refactoring, required to be able to handle the refactoring itself.
