Massive Software Guide clean-up

Summary

In order to prepare migration of Software Guide in Cookbook, a huge cleanup was necessary. This MR removes a lot of the following:

  • Latex code
  • Examples code (105 files)
  • Tests
  • Baselines in otb-data (108 files)

Related to #1679 .

Rationale

The rationale for removing is as follows:

  • Remove out-dated latex sections
  • Remove latex sections that were introducing remote sensing concepts and not the software itself
  • Remove examples that were cut and pasted from ITK,
  • Remove a few examples that refer to unused / unusable code
  • Remove commented latex code and examples

Additional notes

This is only the first part of software guide refactoring, required to be able to handle the refactoring itself.

Check before merging:

  • All discussions are resolved
  • At least 2 👍 votes from core developers, no 👎 vote.
  • The feature branch is (reasonably) up-to-date with the base branch
  • Dashboard is green
  • Copyright owner has signed the ORFEO ToolBox Contributor License Agreement
