CI Fast build bug

Summary

I noticed something strange with CI on MR !679 (merged) and pipeline 3633 :

The fast build failed (compilation error) and therefore the CI should have stopped there. However, the prepare build was skipped and then all jobs from the build stage started, and failed. This is not the expected behavior of CI.

Maybe this is a regression from !666 (merged)

  • All discussions are resolved
  • At least 2 👍 votes from core developers, no 👎 vote.
  • The feature branch is (reasonably) up-to-date with the base branch
  • Dashboard is green
  • Copyright owner has signed the ORFEO ToolBox Contributor License Agreement
  • Optionally, run git diff develop... -U0 --no-color | clang-format-diff.py -p1 -i on latest changes and commit
