Refactor the OpticalCalibration application

Summary

Use the new metadata framework in the OpticalCalibration application.

Rationale

Merge requests !770 (merged) and !765 (merged) implemented reading of optical sensor metadata from products and geom files. OpticalCalibration can now use the new metadata framework instead of relying on Ossim

Check before merging:

  • The feature branch is (reasonably) up-to-date with the base branch

  • Copyright owner has signed the ORFEO ToolBox Contributor License Agreement
  • Optionally, run git diff develop... -U0 --no-color | clang-format-diff.py -p1 -i on latest changes and commit
