Changing the location of S1TilingEnv

Issue linked to the project Theia s1tiling.

The S1TilingEnv virtual environment is currently located in the tmp folder. On the CNES HPC cluster, there is a conflict between the tmp folder of the docker image and the one of the cluster: the two cannot be used at the same time. As a result, we lose the benefits of the cluster's TMPDIR.

Would it be possible to create the virtual environment in an other folder when generating the base docker image?
