WIP: On the way to fix regression in raTvSarRadiometricCalibrationToImageWithComplexPixelFilterWithoutNoise_SENTINEL1

A failure to open a S1 XML annotation file raised an exception which froze the
chain factory, which in turn did not try to load other possible kind of ossim
projections.

The new S1 Sar Sensor Model won't throw exception if keywords related to
orthorectofication are missing.

All warnings cannot be removed. Most are due to an improper support of
assignment on classes involded in a public inheritance.

(slicing makes value semantics incompatible with public inheritance without
trick like the _envelop-letter idiom_)
