Compilation error in Debug in ossimSarSensorModel

Error in variable name used in an assert call in ossimSarSensorModel:

/Modules/ThirdParty/OssimPlugins/src/ossim/ossimSarSensorModel.cpp:318:14: error: ‘NormesS’ was not declared in this scope assert(NormesS>1e-6);

I'll submit a merge request right now to fix it.
