skipcarto not working in Orthorectification?

Description

I have the feeling that the ?&skipcarto=true extended input filename is not used in (at least) Orthorectification app.

Steps to reproduce

otbcli_OrthoRectification -io.in "/tmp/SPOT6_2016_FRANCE_BRUT_NC_GEOSUD_MS_05/PROD_SPOT7_001/VOL_SPOT7_001_A/IMG_SPOT7_MS_001_A/IMG_SPOT7_MS_201604021044447_SEN_SPOT7_20160706_0841361bc52ke4gmvy0_1_R1C1.TIF?&skipcarto=true" -io.out /tmp/testortho.tif uint16 -opt.gridspacing 500

The image is still upside down regardless the skipcarto. However, when I removed the IMG_SPOT7_MS..._1_R1C1.TFW regardless the skipcarto.

Configuration information

Ubuntu 16.04 Up to date OTB 6.5 develop
