remove -Wshadow warning

There already was some discussion some time ago. I hope this will get to light this time.

Please remove Wshadow (and any other crazy pedantic warnings) from default list. It is nothing but annoying to people who still compile from source. For those who feel strong about shadow warnings can activate them locally and fix it with a merge request. this bug report is to avoid continuous use of git stash
