Updates to the website

Some thoughts on the OTB website? I have been thinking about it and here is what I propose:

Proposed updates to the website

Top bar:

• Add a direct link to the forum in the main header

Once the software guide migration to the cookbook is finished:

• "Documentation" button links directly to /CookBook, remove page /documentation/

Remove pages:

Most of these have obsolete or useless information:

• /media/ (in menu Documentation->)
• /features-2/ (in menu Documentation->)
• /developers/ (in menu Community->)
• /start/ (button "Get started with OTB")

Review pages:

• /download/: move binary packages to the top, better layout, add important info from old page /developers/
