SuperBuild fails as Qt 5.10.1 source have been removed

The download link for Qt 5.10.1 source is broken, it seems this release is not available on Qt website anymore.

Hotfix proposed: make the source archive available on www.orfeo-toobox.org/packages

Definitive fix: upgrade to Qt 5.12.4 (the 5.12 was released in december 2018 and is flagged as long term support, i.e. 3 years of support).

The link has been fixed. The upgrade to Qt 5.12 may be planned at a later time.
