Context in BandMathX

Description

Context is working when the expression is in the context, otherwise I cannot use a variable in an expression passed to the application through -exp

Steps to reproduce

Create a variable in a context file

#F toto 1

Use it in the expression -exp 'toto + im1b1'

Configuration information

OTB 6.7 binary packages, ubuntu 16.04
