XArray interface

This story is just a study to get a better understanding of underlying xarray format and how we can plug it to OTB and keep the best of the two world:

• the lazy load of xarray
• the streaming available in OTB
• the metadata management

Tips

• study what has been done in ITK 5: fromXarray and toXarray
• Must be able to correctly handle SAT metadata
• Check the GreenIT tuto, some exploratory work has been done there.
