ENH: Add a one line otb installer

Thibaut ROMAIN requested to merge one-line-otb-installer into develop

The installation has been really simplified since OTB 9.0, but nowadays it is convenient to have a one liner install script, which is the case on projects like oh my zsh etc... This MR proposes a one line script install to simplify OTB installation for users.
