enhance SarSensorModelAdapter

Summary

New function into SarSensorModelAdapter.

Rationale

This new function is used into DiapOTB remote module.

Classes and files

Only one class (otbSarSensorModelAdapter) was changed with a new function :

• LineToSatPositionAndVelocity : Transform line index to satellite position (x,y,z) and satellite velocity.

Tests

The file otbSarSensorModelAdapterTest.cxx was spread to test this new function.

Is this feature mandatory to compile diapotb module ?

This feature is not mandatory for diapOTB module (for the master branch).

I added a new branch (test_lineToSatPos) to integrate and test this feature inside diapOTB. I'm going to wait the merge inside otb and maybe a new version of otb to merge test_lineToSatPos into master.
