BUG: compat of QgisDescriptor with old params

Guillaume Pasero requested to merge compat_qgis_descriptor into develop

In remote modules for instance, old params such as EmptyParameter or ComplexInputImageParameter are still in use. We can ensure that QgisDescriptor support them.
