Superbuild CI on Centos 6

Integration of Centos 6 platform using SuperBuild into CI system.

Rationale

Required for new CI system.

Implementation Details

Added centos-superbuild-base Dokerfile. Added jobs for Centos 6 in .gitlab-ci.yml.
