CI Merge Ubuntus

The two builds Ubuntu+native+llvm+doc and Ubuntu+xdk have been merged into a single job: Ubuntu+xdk+llvm+doc.

Less workload on the CI runners

Also, the main_superbuild.cmake script now calls main_ci.cmake, for code factorization.
